Novotel Brisbane Airport

Room was lovely and clean and rather spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, just 15 mins from BICT and 10mins from the airport. We killed 4 hours in the nearby Skygate outlet center while waiting to check in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we did so.

Close proximity to DFO Shopping and Eat Street - easy to locate, and nice and quiet area still close to everything. I have to say this was one of my best stays in accomodation in a long time, the staff were amazing, so helpful and made our stay so special and nice. It was really nice to feel appreciated. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the room was really nice and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending Novotel in the future - thank you for a really wonderful experience and stay Novotel - keep up the great service. Your staff are wonderful and the small touches make the experience so great!

As usual, the Novotel was a fine place to stay, close to the Brisbane airport. The facilities were top notch, bed comfortable, room spacious, and the towels excellent...always something worth appreciating.

Close to the airport for our last night in Queensland. The breakfast is delicious. Room is spacious, clean and well appointed. We got the room service for dinner which was good. The location, bed and the breakfast are the highlights of this hotel.

Even though we arrived late at night, just before midnight, the staff were friendly and checked us in, even though we were very tired. We were allowed to store more of our luggage in their storage facility, as we didn't need it all on the room. Breakfast was very tasty also.
